Hello- Well for starters, I am still fairly new to the area. I have now been here for 10 months. I moved here where I attended college and work. Last March, I decided that I needed a change of pace, you know, a little more variety in my life Long story short, 2 months later I found myself moving to North Carolina and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions that I ever made. About me: Well I consider myself very easy to get along with and I believe I am extremely social, I love to go out and meet new people. I am a firm believer in going out by yourself, sometimes that is how you meet some of the most interesting people. My friends would say I'm fun to go out with on the town. When you first meet me, I can be a little shy, but once you get to know me I can sit and talk, pretty much about anything for hours. I am a very driven, determined, and goal oriented individual, I know what I want out of life and relationships- therefore I am very focused on that. I wake up every morning with the best attitude I can and try to have some sort of set plan for the day. It doesn't always work out, who am I kidding- most of the time it doesn't work as I would imagine it to- but at least I feel I have some sort of structure to my day. From that statement alone, I can say that I am very organized. I like to volunteer for different things, I think its important to help out in the community. Most recently I volunteered for the Special Olympics and every couple of years, I donate my hair for wigsthats right, I spend all that time on growing out my hair just to cut about a foot of it off- at least it is going for a good cause. I have a really dry sense of humor and I love to laugh and go to comedy clubs- or at least I did in Illinois. I can also be extremely sarcastic. Who I am looking for: I think this is actually a tough question. Everybody always has this idea of the perfect someone. Lets be realisticthat perfect someone only exists in fairly tales. I could be wrong and honestly would like to be proven wrong. However, like anyone else out there, I am looking for that person to share common interests with. I want a relationship based off of friendship first and to only build stronger from there. I want that person that every morning I wake up and thank god for bringing them into my life, I want unforgetable moments, and a best friend that I can tell absolutly anything to, no matter what. As with anybody, looks are important, it is what first attracts people to each other. At the same time, looks can only go so far. I need someone who is able to hold a good conversation, I do know that there isn't a lot to talk about all the time, but conversation is key. I want someone who will be family oriented. My family is very important to me and I do spend a great deal of my time with them and I think that this is a must in my match. I am looking for a commited relationship and I am extremely ready for that next step in my life. Is that too much to ask for? I don't know, maybe I am a hopeless romantic.
